We believe we can help counteract the pervasive influence of violence that underlies many of our children’s current pastimes. To do this Victory Youth Centers Inc has set out to build a strategically located facility aimed at revitalizing the Anacostia neighborhood of Washington DC. This much needed venue will enhance the recreational and positive social experiences of the area’s “at-risk youth” through sports, arts, music and other organized programs.

From Beltway I-495: exit on the Baltimore Washington Pkwy toward Washington. At the split bear left onto I-295 Toward Richmond. Continue approximately 4 ½ miles. Exit on South Capitol St/Portland St. towards Bolling AFB Exit #2. Continue on South Capitol. Turn left on Atlantic St SE.
