Concession Sales

VYC reserves the right to operate the concessions at all events.

All profits from vended sales of Leasor's sports merchandise are those of the leasor, i.e.: apparel, cups, key chains, booster materials.

• During league games, VYC will run concessions but return 10% of profits to Leasor.
• During tournament games, the Leasor may run concessions but return 10% of profits to VYC.

Discount Package

• Groups that Rent the Victory Youth Center for 200 hours or more in a year: 10% Discount on Hourly Rate
• Groups that Rent the Victory Youth Center for 300 hours or more in a year: 15% Discount on Hourly Rate
• Groups that Rent the Victory Youth Center for 400 hours or more in a year: 20% Discount on Hourly Rate

The Katie Fitzgerald Recreation Center and Merrick Center in SE include:

• Regulation high school basketball courts with hardwood floors that can double as a volleyball court and can be partitioned into two separate "middle school sized" courts to optimize youth league competitions.
• A stage with adjacent storage areas.
• Meeting Rooms.
• Warming pantry to support concession sales at various youth events.
• Ample bathroom facilities.
• Bleacher seating for as many as 250 people, as well as folding chairs for an additional 250 persons (please inquire per event).
