"The
idea of a Victory Youth Center is very exciting to us
at KWYS. Having them as our neighbor will provide the
use and families in this area with 'one-stop shopping',
incorporating current KWYS programs with new programs
and services offered by Victory Youth Center. We look
forward to collaborating with their staff to meet the
needs of children, youth, and families in our community."
